I've never been interested in advising from the sidelines.

After qualifying as a corporate lawyer, I founded Yapster, a hospitality technology business serving the hospitality industry.

Building and eventually selling that business changed how I thought about leadership.

I realised that the challenges founders face are remarkably consistent, regardless of industry. Growth creates complexity. Decisions become harder. The business starts demanding different leadership than it did in the early days.

Since then I've focused on helping founders navigate those moments.

Alongside that client work, I continue to build businesses myself because I believe the best advisers should remain operators.

Mission exists to bring those worlds together.
