Rob Liddiard
Founder. Operator. Investor.
Mission brings together the things I enjoy most: helping businesses through change, building businesses of my own and sharing what I learn along the way
WHAT I DO
I’ve always been fascinated by how businesses work
Get it right and a business can create freedom, opportunity and a great place for people to work. Get it wrong and it can quickly become something that takes more from the owner than it gives back.
Interim Transformation Director
Helping founders and leadership teams regain control of growing organisations.
Building Businesses
Mission is actively building businesses, including Yes Chef and Hula Succession.
EOS Implementation
Helping leadership teams create clarity, accountability and traction through the Entrepreneurial Operating System®
Scale Up Confessions
Conversations with founders and operators about what really happens inside growing businesses.
Purpose
I've chosen to spend my career helping organisations become healthier, stronger and more valuable.
Sometimes I do that from inside an existing business.
Sometimes by building one myself.
Sometimes by investing in founders.
Sometimes simply by sharing what I've learned.
The work changes.
The purpose doesn't.
About Rob
I started my career as a corporate lawyer before founding and leading Yapster, a hospitality technology business that was ultimately acquired in 2022.
That journey taught me something I hadn't expected.
I enjoy helping other founders solve difficult problems just as much as building businesses of my own.
Today my work sits across business transformation, entrepreneurship and long-term ownership. Mission exists to bring those activities together under one roof.
